Founded on June 8, 1991, Star Group is a professional company engaged in research, development, production and distribution of rubber seals, graphite seals, rubber shock absorbers and rubber products. Our headquarters is located in Xiamao, Northern Suburbs of Guangzhou and covers an area of 12000 square meters.

Our products are mainly applied to the industries of automobile, household appliances, consumptive products, hydraulic components, engineering machinery, shipping and etc. The products are sold to places around China and are exported to Japan, US, Europe, Taiwan, Hong Kong and other places with the export volume taking up more than 20% of the total.
Our group has RMB60million of registered capital, invests about RMB200million in equipment, has world advanced equipment for production, research and development, most of which are imported from Italy, Japan and Taiwan. All of those mentioned above endue us with advantages over our counterparts. The enterprise has complete supporting facilities, has such mould processing equipment as mould processing center and CNC machine tool and realizes CAD/CAM (computer aided design and manufacturing) operation of moulds. The enterprise also owns advanced manufacturing equipment including stepless speed-regulating refining line, Barnwell pre-molding machine, rubber injection machine, vacuum flat plate, automatic edge trimming machine, refrigerating edge trimming machine, leakage tester and etc as well as those framework stamping equipment, framework phosphating and coating equipment, spring processing and heat treatment equipment. Our group can afford the whole manufacturing process of rubber products, shortens the development period to a large degree, realizes automatic and CNC production in the majority of procedures and guarantees product quality and reliability.
Our group attaches great importance to talent cultivation and scientific and technical innovation. Apart from holding various kinds of periodic training in China, each year we dispatch 10 to 20 employees to take 1-year further research and study in companies of Japanese counterpart, where they can learn advanced managerial experience and productive technology. Meanwhile, we carry out close commercial and technical cooperation with Japanese and American counterparts so as to follow up and learn from those advanced technology of international counterparts. Besides, we establish rubber engineering R&D center with South China University of Technology and accordingly realize cooperation of manufacturing, learn and research. Every year there are two scientific quality conferences held in our company to praise innovative items of that year and to improve innovative passion of those large numbers of staff members.
